The sale and use of any products sold from this webpage or via Flight Systems Ltd are subject to the following terms of sale and use:

• Items sold by FSL either via direct sales or this webpage are to be used for home simulator use ONLY unless specifically purchased for commercial useage.  In no way, shape or form are they to be used in ANY commercial endeavor whatsoever without the consent and authorization of FSL and/or it's partners.
• Anyone found to be using hobby items in a commercial enterprise will receive no support or warranty of any kind and further sales will be restricted.
  
• The above two statements do not apply to any product listed under the category "Commercial".  These are products specifically developed for the commercial market and carry a different warranty and support package.
  
• Shipping charges are based upon USPS Priority mail rates plus a handling fee.  Shipping via USPS is done ONLY using Priority Mail for both domestic and International shipments.  These charges tend to be a bit higher and are based on weight.  Every attempt will be made to try to get you the lowest shipping cost.  If it's deemed you've been overcharged for shipping, a store credit will be issued for your next purchase.
  
• As the importer of record, you should be aware that your shipment may incur customs & duties, and that your local delivery agent may apply additional fees for handling the customs process. We have no control over duties and taxes that your government may impose, or handling fees your local delivery agent may apply. Any additional duties/taxes/fees are payable upon receipt of the package, usually to the local delivery agent.  Please do not ask me to falsify customs forms.

Product Liability

• The sole obligation for products that prove to be defective within 90 days of purchase will be for replacement. Flight Systems Ltd. give no warranty, either expressed or implied, and specifically disclaims all other warranties, including warranties for merchantability and fitness. In no event shall the liability exceed the buyer's purchase price, nor shall Flight Systems Ltd. be liable for any indirect or consequential damages.
• This warranty does not apply to products which have been subject to misuse (including static discharge), neglect, accident or modification, or which have been soldered or altered during assembly and not capable of being tested.

Software Liability

• ATTENTION. READ CAREFULLY: By using, the accompanying software you indicate your acceptance of the following agreement EULA.rtf (right mouse click and "save as" to download).

Return Policy

Merchandise returns are subject to the terms outlined below. Replacement or repair of the product shall be at Flight Systems Ltd. discretion.

To facilitate processing of returned merchandise:

• Please contact support to obtain an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number prior to returning product.
• All returns should be made within 15 days of date of RMA and be accompanied by the original invoice number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
• Return freight charge must be prepaid. C.O.D. returns will not be accepted.
• Parts sold as separate components and in kit form are not returnable.
• Defective merchandise may be returned within 90 days of the original invoice date and need not be in original packaging.
• Shipping and handling (S&H) charges are nonrefundable; however, we will gladly refund your original shipping cost if you are returning an item because of an error on our part, or we have determined that the product is DOA.

Product Warranty

All products are warranted to the original purchaser to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of three months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated. All products marked "Final Sale" are guaranteed against DOA for a period of 7 days following reception.

All warranty work will be done without charge during the warranty period.

THIS WARRANTY WILL NO LONGER BE VALID IF THIS PRODUCT HAS BEEN TAMPERED WITH, TAKEN APART, ABUSED, OR REPAIRED BY ANYONE BUT FLIGHT SYSTEMS LTD. TECHNICIANS.

The liability under this warranty is limited to the repair and/or replacement of the defect or defected part at our place of business and does not include shipping expenses.

Copy of invoice must be provided when requesting work to be performed.
